How do a book a viewing appointment?

Booking an appointment to view the condo units you have selected can be done in two simple ways. First after you have received e-mail(s) with all current condo listings based on your request form, select the condo units that are of interest to you. Why is there a large discrepancy in condo maintenance fees between different buildings?

Maintenance fees are determined by the age, quality, and condition of the building. The older the building the more money it costs to keep it operating, another indicator of expansive maintenance fees depend on the price of the building; if the unit is over $350.000 for 1 bedroom plus den then higher standard services are applied.  We can help you select a balanced condo for you.

What is usually covered in a condo maintenance fees?

Maintenance fees vary from condo to condo.  To get a basic idea, look at the condos listings received from us and zoom in at the center of the page.  This section shows you the actual amount, what is included and what is excluded in the monthly fee.  The letter `Y' indicates that the service is covered and `N' that it is not, therefore requiring separate billing. What is a Status Certificate?

Status Certificate is a document that is given to the buyers lawyer to review it prior to signing the final signature of the purchase agreement.  This document is an updated report of current activities and financial statements of the condominium building.  It will indicate how much money is in the reserve funds, the bi-laws and regulations.
